This service is provided by an external partner and is currently available in Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa, Toronto, and Vancouver.
The service covers one room up to 200 sq. ft. A second consultation must be purchased for an additional room or if the designer determines that the room exceeds the scope of the service. Our specialist can assist with the additional purchase if needed.

What to expect:
After purchasing the service, you’ll receive an automated email with a short form to complete. Within 24–48 hours of receiving your form, we’ll connect you with a designer partner in your area.
You’ll then have a 15-minute virtual meeting with your designer, followed by a 90-minute in-home consultation scheduled at your convenience.
The service includes up to two design proposals.
Additional proposals may be subject to extra fees.
Once your plans are approved, we’ll provide a complete presentation including plans, elevations, and a detailed quote within 7–10 business days.*
After the presentation, one revision to the quote is included at no additional cost.
*Turnaround time is subject to all finish selections and appliance specifications being provided to the designer.
Final Plans & Deposit
If you wish to receive the final plans, elevations, and AI-generated 3D image, a 10% deposit based on the quote is required.
*The 10% deposit is non-refundable if the project is cancelled, but may be credited toward a future project under certain conditions.
