Home Consultation

This service is provided by an external collaborator and is currently offered only in the Greater Montreal Area, Quebec City, Ottawa, Toronto, and Vancouver.

This service covers one room up to 200 square feet. For a second room, or if the designer determines that the space is too large, an additional in-home consultation service will need to be purchased. Our specialist will assist you with the payment if needed.

What to expect next

Once this service is purchased, you will receive an automated email inviting you to complete a short form. After receiving your form, we will contact you within 24–48 hours to connect you with a partner designer in your area.

An initial 30-minute virtual meeting with your designer will then be scheduled to discuss your project and review how the service will unfold.

A 90-minute in-home meeting will then be scheduled at your convenience.

Once the proposed plans have been approved by you, we will present a complete project presentation within 7–10 business days, including plans, elevations, 3D renderings, and a detailed quotation.

After the presentation, you may request one modification free of charge to adjust the quote to your needs.

Ready to move to the next step? If you would like to receive the plans, elevations, and 3D renderings created by your designer, a 10% deposit of the quoted amount will be required.

*The 10% deposit is non-refundable in the event of project cancellation — however, the amount may be credited toward a future project.
