New delivery process
To simplify scheduling and provide you with greater flexibility, our delivery process has been updated.
How it works:
• When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing a scheduling link allowing you to select your delivery date.
• The available dates reflect the carrier’s availability.
Important information:
• Production timelines correspond to when your order is ready to ship, not the delivery date.
• Delivery is not scheduled automatically: you must select your delivery date using the link provided.
• The scheduling link may be sent slightly in advance or on the same day your order becomes ready.
• Depending on the carrier’s availability, time slots may be offered as early as the next day or within 1 to 2 days.
Delivery timelines by region
Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule at the time you receive your scheduling link.
Typical delivery timeframes are as follows:
• Greater Montreal: 1 to 4 business days
• Rest of Quebec: 1 to 4 business days
• Ontario: 2 to 4 business days
• Rest of Canada: 5 to 7 business days
• United States: 7 to 14 business days
Important information
• For mixed orders, the longest production timeline applies to the entire order.
• Orders are not delivered in multiple shipments to ensure quality and efficient logistics.
Delivery and shipping
At Bofronts, all orders are shipped on full pallets to ensure product protection.
• Most pallets measure at least 48” x 96” (122 cm x 244 cm)
• Pallets may be heavy and bulky
Some smaller orders may be shipped:
• On smaller pallets
• Or via standard courier services (Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator), when possible
We work with carriers specialized in residential delivery capable of servicing:
• Dense urban areas
• Residential streets
• Condos and restricted-access buildings
• Remote regions
The trucks used may vary (26, 48 or 53 feet) and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Delivery options
1. Standard delivery – Curbside Delivery
• Delivery at the curb or sidewalk
• The carrier contacts you 24 to 48 hours in advance
• The driver is alone and uses a liftgate when possible
• Moving the items inside is your responsibility
• Please ensure you have assistance on site
2. Threshold delivery – Threshold Delivery
• Delivery at ground level (driveway, entrance, garage, patio)
• The carrier contacts you 24 to 48 hours in advance
• The pallet remains closed
• Access requirements: flat surface, no steps, minimum 48” width
3. Premium delivery – White Glove Delivery
• Unloading and placement of items in the designated room
• The carrier contacts you 24 to 48 hours in advance
• Packaging materials are removed
• Does not include installation
⸻
Delivery cost
The cost is determined based on:
• Delivery address
• Selected service type
Your assigned designer will confirm the exact rate before order confirmation.
⸻
Condo deliveries and restricted areas
• You must inform Bofronts in advance if the address is a condo or restricted-access location
• Customers are not allowed to enter the truck to assist
• If the pallet cannot fit through access points, a White Glove service or on-site handling must be arranged
⸻
Packaging removal
• Included only with the White Glove service
• Not included with Curbside and Threshold deliveries
• Installation-related waste is not removed
• In dense urban areas, removal depends on the carrier’s ability to park and load safely
⸻
Additional fees – the following costs are the responsibility of the client:
• Second delivery attempt
• Incorrect address
• Storage fees
• Remote areas or difficult access
⸻
In case of damage
1. Take clear photos of the pallet and any damage
2. Report and note the damage on the delivery slip
3. Send photos to support@bofronts.com within 72 hours
4. Keep all items and packaging until the claim is resolved
⚠ Bofronts Tip:
Make sure your space is ready to receive the pallet, that access is clear, and arrange for assistance on delivery day to avoid any delays or additional fees.
